Extremely disgusted in the service we received!My mum has been a regular customer for many years but after last night... none of us will be back!We recently attended as a group of 5 (3 adults & 2 children)We ordered four dishes in total. My daughter attending with with us has severe nut allergies and after asking Charmaine about cross contamination in the kitchen she advised that only the rice and noodles will be safe for her to eat as they can be cooked on a separate pan and using fresh oil. That was ok with us, so we ordered rice, noodles, honey chicken and a chop suey and were then told we must spend minimum $15 per head (including both children) it's written on their menu fair enough so $75 in total was required to be spent.We did a quick calculation and realised we had already spent around $70 and I believe that my child with allergies should have be an exception anyway as they were the ones that deemed their food unsafe for her to eat. We ordered drinks on top of what we had already spent but were told to order one more dish! So we did!At the end we asked for the bill which had been scribbled out from $128 to $105 so I'm assuming if we had just got up to pay they would have charged us whatever they wanted! We calculated what we spent as well prior to the extra dish being ordered and it totalled $71.80 which is very close to $15 per head and plus the fact that they told us the child couldn't eat from their menu other than the rice and noodles. It was a very quiet night so obviously chasing whatever money they could. Absolutely disgusted in the customer service we received by Charmaine and also by the wait staff in general. We will NOT be coming back here again!The food was also very average again, I've only attended twice with my mum and unimpressed both times now but more so at the level of customer service we received this time.read more

Ordered over the phone and my partner picked up, they handed him an order which he questioned and they charged him for.... (Well over what we actually ordered) looks like we ended up with someone else’s food. Food was horrible, cold and soggy. Really disappointing.read more

Sorry all the food was flavourless the fried rice was very dry ,no soy sauce on the table. The toilets were very... grubby, dirty toilets could mean not so clean kitchens. We have been going there for years won't be back. Has it changed hands.read more

Used to be a great place, full of life, people happy, eating laughing etc.Used to have a beautiful aquarium as you... walked in, now Aquarium is gone.Now the Resteraunt is empty every night.Staff, Owner's etc are miserable Human's now, they've forgotten about Customer Service.I guess, they've lost the LOVE of food, it will show, in their dishes.It has turned into a user eats delivery Resteraunt now.Maybe, it will survive into the future on that alone.If you eat in, there used to be free soy sauce, I tried to get a little, separate as take away, I didn't want to eat in misery there.Rather go eat at the beach.They tried to charge me additional $2.00I cancelled my order.Went to where my presence was "wanted" where I was served with Joy, Sankara, The Taste of India, also in the same complex.Beautiful meal was ordered and enjoyed.No photo's.It wasn't a memory worth saving.ZERO STARS WOULD BE MY PREFFERED, 1 was the lowest rating available.read more

Went for a family meal with a friend visiting from England and the food was Amazing!We ordered 8 dishes special fried... Rice,satay chicken,honey chicken,beef and black bean,sizzling beef,Szechuan chicken, fried vegetables and sweet and sour pork. Every dish was really tasty. The service was great even though the restaurant was pretty busy for a Wednesday night, we always had a waitress when we needed.If I had one negative it's only that the restaurant closes at 9pm but they were vaccuming at 8.45 and we did feel a little rushed to leave dead on 9pm but we were ready to leave anyways.As for the cost of the meal it was fantastic too just under $20 per head.Awesone Value.I will definitely be returning for another delicious meal really soon.I highly recommend this restaurant 👌read more

It used to be always tasty, big serves, great value for money. But last 3 times have been extremely disappointing. More... veggies-less meat, the sauces have been tasting very watered down. Had garlic squid and the squid was soggy, I know it's frozen squid, but it was flavour less and very, very, very soggy. Just disappointing all-round.read more

On 2 occasions now this restaurant has cancelled our order 45mins - 1hr post ordering via Uber Eats. If you can’t... deliver on what you promise take yourselves off the apps so your willing customers can go elsewhere. AVOID!! A poor excuse of a business!!read more

First time at Happy Dragon with friends and family to celebrate a birthday. Overall the consensus was food was nice and... service was too. Complaints were-no prawn crackers served and Satay beef was quite skimpy on the meat and was mostly vegetables. I took home a take away for partner and son so asked for NO vegies in Satay based on table dish but still had an average serve of vegetables in it although not as much as dine in one did.read more

Shopping centre food hall Chinese food that's made for the Australian market. If you're a clueless Aussie who likes... fatty, sugary meals with pre-made sauces, then you will probably think it's grouse, mate.
